Here, candidates aren’t starting from scratch. They take the helm of startups that are already up and running, with a ready-to-market product, solid foundations, initial funding, a well-established ecosystem, readily available technology and strategic support already in place. Our objective is clear: to recruit ambitious individuals who can build a high-performing team, define a clear strategy, execute it rigorously and grow the start-up to the point of profitability.

The Founders Academy Program
The Founders Academy programme is designed to gradually identify the most promising candidates. Each stage allows for the assessment of candidates’ motivation, leadership potential, entrepreneurial vision and ability to deliver.
- Phase 1 — Call for applications: Candidates submit their profile, background, entrepreneurial vision and reasons for wanting to join Founders Academy.
- Phase 2 — Training & selection
Shortlisted candidates take part in intensive seminars, practical workshops, tests, real-life scenarios and assessment stages. - Stage 3 — Final selection
